Train to Gain Funding for SME's
Leadership and Management Advisory Service Funding
You may be able to access up to £1000 funding from Train to Gain for our
Through the Leadership and Management Advisory Service from Train to Gain, access to a grant of up to £1000 is now available to fully capitalise on your capabilities and talents as a business leader.
The Leadership and Management Advisory Service provides in-depth advice and diagnosis in order to provide you with an innovative and challenging personal development plan. In the first instance the funding should be used to benefit the business owner or senior manager, but other managers can become involved through further employer investment.
To be eligible you will need to:
- Employ between 5 and 249 people
- Contribute £500 to make £1500 available for leadership and management development
- Undertake a skills review to confirm your requirements as state aid rules do apply.
Please note:
- You cannot access LMAS funding if you have used previous leadership & management funding since April 2006
- The Solution you buy with LMAS funding must last for at least 6 hours
- There are two lots of £500 available. The first lot is a straight grant and must be used (all or part) by a senior business leader. The second lot is available on a match funding basis and can be used by the senior tier or next tier down.
